(Repeatable quest.)
Before starting, go to NPC: Matras(You will get extra rewards for killing bosses) and start the quest: "Matras Curiosity"
The entire Party that we are with the exception of the Party Leader must take the quest. He will teleport you at Tower of Infinitum's 1st floor (There are 10 floors, 8 of them with mobs, Demon Prince on 5th floor and Ranku on 10th). In each Floor there is Teleport Device from which Pt leader can move you freely 1 floor up or down except 5th and 10th (bosses).
Seal Components Part 1 from Cosmic Scout, Seal Components Part 2 from Cosmic Watcher, Seal Components Part 3 from Cosmic Priest and Seal Components Part 4 from Cosmic Lord.
When all party member have collect them you must go back at Jerian. Unfortunately there is no way to get back from there so you must soe and repeat Stage 5 (this time 1st Floor of Base Tower will be more faster because you can go through Door of Destruction).
When we turn in the Quest, everyone will receive rewards:
Seal Breaker - 5th Floor and Seal Breaker - 10th Floor.
They allow you to enter the RB: Demon Prince and Ranku.
