We can take the quest only after finishing quest: "Bird in a Cage"
The quest begins at the NPC Kanis on the Isle Of Prayer.
We will receive a "Refined Crystal Sample", which we must give to NPC Galate who is standing next to Warpgate in Heine.
After handing over the crystal, the quest is over and we can already enter the Hellbound Island (we do not receive any quest item after completing this quest).
To get to Hellbound Island we need to teleport at Warpgate in Heine (it stands in the square in the center of Heine, near the GK).
